Virat Kohli has been associated with RCB since the debut season i.e. 2008, but he was given the responsibility of captaincy in the year 2011. He was appointed the captain of the team in place of Daniel Vettori. As captain, Virat Kohli has led RCB in 131 matches, in which he has led the team to 60 matches while the team has lost 64 matches. Three matches were tied while the result of four matches could not be ascertained. Under the captaincy of Virat, this team has not been able to win the IPL title even once and questions have been raised about his captaincy over and over again.
