Delhi Capitals vs Mumbai Indians (DCvMI): The 13th match of VIVO IPL 2021 will be played between these two teams DCvMI, The match will begin on 20 April at 7:30 pm.

Delhi Capital have won two of the three matches played so far in IPL 2021, the same Mumbai Indians, against whom this match will be played. A strong start to the season means both teams sit at the top of the IPL table and will see the match as one of the most important matches of the season.

There is a traditional Delhi-Mumbai rivalry in all walks of life which makes this competition interesting.

Despite the success of both teams, there have been some weaknesses, which have been evident. In this match, Trump, who is taking advantage of the weaknesses of the other, is going to come out. Do not underestimate the impact on the playing surface in this match.

The Delhi Capitals have been making some odd team selection options so far in IPL 2021. He is essentially playing with Lalit Yadav at number six and Chris Woakes at number seven.

No disrespect to Lalit Yadav but this batting lineup is quite shallow and susceptible to early wickets. In the match against Rajasthan Royals, we saw how the Delhi Capitals had to struggle to achieve the total.

While Mumbai Indians are not too far ahead of the Delhi Capitals when it comes to current batting form, we think MI has a big advantage over DC in terms of the depth of their batting order.

Pitch and Weather Conditions:

The conditions in Chennai are as different as you can get from the conditions in Mumbai. That is why we believe that the Delhi Capitals are going to be ranked last as they will not have much time to adjust the pitch in Chennai.

The batsmen are able to score runs with the new ball after which the spinners come under fire. Glenn Maxwell and AB de Villiers showed that runs can be scored even in death overs but they are adversaries of nature and we would not consider their performance to be easily imitable by other teams.

A score of about 150–160 is equal and nothing is more difficult than this.

Batting: Shikhar Dhawan is in superb form but the rest of the lineup is yet to be decided. Prithvi Shaw has scored two low scores after hitting a chance in the opening match, with Steve Smith batting at number three, but his IPL record remains untold. Rishabh Pant has been in very good form for the last few months and is an integral part of the lineup, however, following Stoinis, he may be prevented from playing his natural game.

X-Factor: The Delhi Capitals need to pick someone like Sam Billings in place of Chris Woakes to lengthen the batting and induct another quality Indian bowler.

Bowling: Delhi capitals have an average bowling attack with Kagiso Rabada as the only outstanding bowler. Avesh Khan has done well, but in the bowling attack himself Chris Woakes, Lukman Meriwala and Lalit Yadav will not bother many key batsmen.

Predict XI: Prithvi Shaw, Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant (C/WK), Steven Smith, Marcus Stoinis, Chris Woakes, Ravichandran Ashwin, Amit Mishra, Lukman Meriwala, Avesh Khan

MI:

Batting: We saw Rohit Sharma start very positively in the last match and start looking for his touch, while Suryaraj Yadav is in his own world. Not a single batsman has looked more comfortable than Suryakumar Yadav during the entire tournament. Quinton de Kock got some runs in the last match, as was given by Kieron Pollard. Ishan Kishan and Hardik Pandya are the only real frontline batsmen who are still looking for a big score.

X-Factor: Hardik Pandya and Kieron Pollard are very capable of bowling their quota of overs as well if needed.

Bowling: After losing the first match of IPL 2021, Mumbai Indians managed to make two great escapes thanks to their superb bowling lineup. Rahul Chahar performed brilliantly in the middle overs, while Jaspreet Bumrah and Trent Boult performed brilliantly at the end of the innings. Mumbai Indians have a superb bowling attack, with Krunal Pandya and Adam Milne in the lineup for the previous match.

Predict XI: Rohit Sharma (c), Quinton de Kock (wk), Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Hardik Pandya, Kieron Pollard, Krunal Pandya, Rahul Chahar, Adam Milne, Trent Boult, Jasprit Bumrah
