The Indian cricket team is to tour South Africa this month after the New Zealand series. Due to the spread of a new variant of the corona virus in Africa, this tour was being discussed continuously. On Saturday, the BCCI took an important decision regarding this tour in an important meeting. Board Secretary Jay Shah has confirmed India’s visit to South Africa.
Jay Shah told, Indian team will tour South Africa. Here Team India will play three Test matches and three ODI series matches. It has been decided to postpone the four-match T20 series. This series will be played later. The Indian team will tour South Africa for three Tests and as many ODI series. At the same time, Team India will not play the T20 series on this tour.
The Indian team has to play the first test match from December 17 to December 21. After this, the second match is to be played from December 26 to December 30. The last match will be played early next year from January 3 to January 7. After this, the Indian team has to play three ODIs with the South African team. The first ODI match will be played on January 11. After this, the last two matches will be played on January 14 and 16.
